Our client in the financial space is looking to add an Inside Sales Director to their team in Pickering

Lead a great team

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of 30 outbound and inbound sales agents, and their team leads and managers
  • Implement sales strategies to build relationships to grow the business
  • Track and analyze KPI's and business trends
  • Driving strategic sales along with planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Motivate, develop, and coach the team
  • Hiring and training

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a B2C sales environment
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Experience in forecasting, planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience leading in a call center environment
  • Strength in coaching, leading, and developing front line agents
  • Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills
  • Background in the financial industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
