Family in Aurora, Ontario is in search of a nurturing and experienced nanny to provide infant care for 14 month old, to build a bond with her, prior to the arrival of another baby in mid-2025.
This is an immediate part-time to full-time position (beginning April) with opportunity to live-in beginning 2025. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for childcare, as well as be familiar with Montessori, Waldorf and Reggio Emilio principals.
We are an active, clean-eating, nature-loving family who want to instil these traits in our daughter and need the right candidate to feel the same way.
We are a house of love & non-judgment for our neighbours and friends and we will happily bring the right candidate into our family.
We often host gatherings / dinners where our nanny will be included in the fun & family. Responsibilities will primarily focus on providing attentive and loving care to our daughter, while also taking on light housekeeping duties,light pet care, and meal preparation next year when the new baby arrives.
Any interest in teaching another language, or native tongue, would be highly regarded. Please note : We do not allow any screen time while playing and engaging with the children, including television.
