Lawyer - Employment and Labour

Lidstone & Company acts for local governments, school boards, health authorities, universities/colleges, libraries, police boards and similar entities in Alberta, British Columbia, and Yukon. The firm is known for providing legal services in every area of law for our clients.

Qualifications:

· JD/LL.B. degree from an accredited law school

· AB call

· At least 5 year call

· Experience in employment and labour legal practice; human rights and privacy experience desirable

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Exceptional research and analytical abilities

· Proficiency in legal drafting and document review

· Advocacy experience in court, tribunal, ADR

· Ability to manage files independently and on budget, and to manage multiple cases simultaneously
