The Opportunity
As a Junior Laboratory Assistant, you will :
- label and analyze samples.
- laboratory tests in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO and CSA standards.
- and perform basic maintenance of lab equipment.
- and report results to your supervisor.

- position currently has two temporary terms, with the potential for extension.
Your Qualifications and Abilities
- High School Diploma and valid driver’s license.
- Self-starter who can work alone as well as in a team environment.
- A basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Ability to work well with a team and as an individual contributor.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to strict processing procedures.
- Ability to keep and record daily logs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
