Location : Saint-Laurent

Our client, a large international distributor of electrical products, is looking for an Internal Sales Representative in Saint-Laurent!
What they offer :
- Salary between $50K and $75K depending on experience
- 15 days of vacation

Your profile :
- Excellent level of written and oral French
- Undergraduate degree in electricity (preferable)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and sales administration, ideally in the electrical field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong computer skills
Your role :
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be at the heart of the action, directly contributing to the company's sales growth.
You will interact daily with existing clients, building lasting relationships and offering them an exceptional shopping experience.
This position is ideal for an individual passionate about sales and possessing excellent customer service skills.
Tasks :
- Drive sales growth by making outbound calls and prospecting new clients
- Maximize order value by offering personalized solutions and advising clients on the most suitable products for their needs
- Provide impeccable customer service by answering questions, processing orders, and proactively resolving issues
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying optimization points and proposing innovative solutions
- Work closely with external sales teams and national accounts to develop new business opportunities
