Overview

We are seeking an experiencedConstruction Managerto lead delivery of a large-scaleresidentialproject in Calgary. This role is accountable for end-to-end construction execution including direct oversight of the General Contractor coordination of external consultants and day-to-day control of schedule budget quality and risk.

Success in this role requires strong on-the-ground presence fast and sound decision-making and the ability to clearly communicate priorities and direction across a complex stakeholder group.

What You Will Do

Construction Leadership & Execution

• Lead construction execution through close-out with consistent on-site presence
• Maketimely well-reasoned decisions on construction sequencing and staffing issues
• Provide direct oversight of the General Contractor holding them accountable to scope schedule budget and quality standards
