Bakery Production Associate — T & T Supermarket

Reporting to the Bakery Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for supporting the Bakery Production Supervisor by producing the assigned bakery products (Bread, Cake and / or other pastries) based on orders received, and by controlling quality, freshness, inventory and wastage.

Responsibilities

• Produce the correct quantity of assigned products (Bread, Cake and / or other Pastries) based on orders received.
• Perform production duties for various products (Bread, Cake, Puddings and / or other Pastries), which may include but are not limited to :

Dough mixing, cutting, rolling, laying, forming, filling, shaping, slicing, etc.
