As aBar Manager youwill :
- Bea master multitasker. Excel in a fastpacedenvironment while delivering exceptional hospitality and craftinghighquality drinks for everyguest.
- Create engaging guestinteractions . Effortlessly strike up a conversationwith any and all bar guests from firsttime diners to loyalregulars.
- Be a problem solver anda supportive team player. Tackle problems by usingyour multitasking and communication skills and be empowered to makedecisions for you and your teammembers.
- Demonstrate your passionfor the guest experience. Display your love for foodand drink through exceptional menu and productknowledge.
- Oversee all aspects of the baroperations including staffing inventory and customerservice.
- Ensure the bar team consistentlydelivers highquality drinks and exceptionalhospitality.
- Create and maintain a positive andengaging environment for both guests and teammembers.
- Train and mentor bar staff promoting aculture of growth and development.
- Handle anyissues or challenges that may arise during service maintaining aproblemsolving approach.
- Foster a culture ofteamwork and fun ensuring that the bar team is motivated andpassionate about theirwork.
What we need fromyou :
- More than a yearof serving or creating drinks in a highvolumesetting.
- Knowledge of liquor wine andbeer.
- A passion and commitment to hospitalityteamwork and fun.
- A commitment to fostering asupportive and engaging experience for your team members andguests.
- A willingness to learn and an opennessto feedback coaching and mentorship.
- Theability to legally work inCanada.
