工作内容
- 建立并维护与保险顾问的良好关系
- 完成或超过个人保险产品 万能寿险 终身寿险 定期寿险和持续寿险 的销售目标及有成效顾问关系量
- 通过一对一会议 网上论坛或案例咨询等与生产方建立关系
- 面向中小顾问和经销商团队提供演讲演示
资格要求
- 大专及以上文凭及 / 或相关专业资格 即 CFP CLU CHFC TEP
- 5 年及以上金融行业工作经验 且有寿险行业独立顾问营销经验
- 有销售和销售管理经验
- 持有效驾照 拥有车况良好的车辆
- 出色的沟通谈判能力
- 熟练使用办公软件 包括 PowerPoint Outlook Word 和 Excel
- 优秀的时间管理和组织能力
- 卓越的人际交往 分析和表达 书面及口头 能力
