Background :

Our Federal Government client requires the contractual services of a ServiceNow Technology Architect Level 3 in support of enterprise application and integration of ServiceNow based projects.

The consultant will assist with the delivery and support of existing and upcoming projects leveraging ServiceNow. It is vital that this individual will ensure that new and existing IM / IT ServiceNow projects adhere to the established project management and delivery processes that have been developed to provide for the efficient and effective management and delivery of IM / IT products or services to our clients.

Qualifications :

• Experience and expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in enterprise deployment and configuration in a robust information management culture.
• Professional work experience supporting a ServiceNow solution in the last 10 years
• Gathering and documenting business requirements;
• Developing and designing enterprise architecture, frameworks and strategies;
• Documenting standards and guidelines related to application development; and
• Ensuring integration points of technology in solutions.
• Must have one or more valid ServiceNow certifications, issued by an accredited certification institution.
• Experience implementing various ServiceNow Modules, including 2 out of 3 of the following : Resource Service Delivery, Service Management, Business Management / Strategic Portfolio Management, Service Delivery (WSD) Module.

Technical Skills :

ServiceNow, JavaScript, CSS, Microsoft Azure DevOps and Cloud, .NET environment, SAP environment, JIRA.

Responsibilities :

• Consultants will need to plan, design, build, test, implement, configure / develop, support, enhance and maintain various current and future infrastructure services, products, technologies, and back / front-office projects using the ServiceNow platform.
• Assist in developing the ServiceNow roadmap.
• Provide ServiceNow Solution Architecture Documentation.
• Install & configure ServiceNow Prototype, project(s) & go-live environments.
• Facilitate and support the roll-out of new ServiceNow projects.
• Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance of production ServiceNow instances.
• Plan and execute ServiceNow integration and regression testing.
• Perform API integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Develop ServiceNow applications and integrations, from initiation to completion.
• Develop workflows and scripts in ServiceNow applications to automate and improve business processes.
• Analyze troubleshoot, resolve, and report issues in ServiceNow.
• Use Scrum and Agile methodologies in developing ServiceNow.
• Work with the customer to ensure the configuration of ServiceNow meets their overall requirements including drafting technically focused user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer.
• Perform user management in ServiceNow.
• Perform daily status updates to project manager.
• Liaise with product vendor to resolve issues and consult on best practices.
• Submit weekly timesheets.
• Perform knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Participate in project meetings lessons learned.
