Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the d e livery of IT solutions for Health and Safety business functions in a manufacturing environment - % remote

Must have skills :
- Minimum of 8+ years experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering IT solutions from vendor selection through to implementation and support.
- 5+ years' experience in creating, managing, and facilitating test plans
- Process Analysis
- A recent project delivering a health, safety and environment solution to field personal
Nice to have skills :
- CBAP
- Strong understanding of Product Delivery Lifecycle / Product Stewardship / Project Lifecycle
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to identify, define, and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, use cases, and test scenarios for system enhancements and new features.
- Ensure functional implementation meets requirements through testing and requirements validation
- Facilitate sessions with business partners to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
