Commercial Video Editor (ads)
The Transformer Studios are looking for a full-time Video Editor to work in-person in our Head Office located in Pointe-Claire !
Do you enjoy building creative and engaging advertising spots? Are you the type of person who is passionate about logical sequencing and smooth transitions?
Do you love storytelling and have a strong sense of timing, rhythm, motivation and are detail-oriented? If yes, then we think that you should apply!
Who we are looking for :
- Self-motivated candidate who has the ability to work unsupervised .
- Diploma in film production, film studies OR who has proven work experience in Video Editing .
- Experience in all stages of post-production; ingesting footage, coloring, sound designing, light compositing, title designing, etc.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize their workload in a fast-paced work environment.

Experience :
- Video Editing : 3 years (preferred)
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects, Davinci Resolve)
- On-set experience (lighting and camera knowledge) is a great asset.
