A leading insurance provider in British Columbia is seeking an IT Service Desk Representative for a temporary full-time position in Victoria. In this role, you will provide phone support for technical issues, assist customers in resolving various requests, and document procedures effectively. Ideal candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, six months of service desk experience, and relevant education in the technical field. This position offers a hybrid work model and competitive hourly pay ranging from $31.08 to $33.53.
