Real Estate Law Clerk
Are you an experienced Law Clerk or Legal Assistant with expertise in commercial real estate ? Our client, a respected law firm in East Ottawa , is looking for a professional to handle real estate and financing files.

Competitive salary range : $50,000-$60,000
About you
To succeed in this role, you'll need :
- 2+ years in commercial real estate law
- College diploma as a Law Clerk / Legal Assistant
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience using LDD, Teraview, PC Law and Clio
- Proficiency in French and knowledge of corporate law are assets
About the role
If hired, you will :
- Manage real estate and financing files from start to finish
- Conduct and interpret title searches
- Prepare legal documents for real estate and financing transactions
- Coordinate team calendars, schedules, and workflow
- Maintain client communication and manage follow-ups with all parties
- Organize client files, prepare invoices, and final reports
- Handle clerical, administrative tasks, and assist in other areas as needed
