Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturer of rotating equipment, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing of high-quality mixers and pumps.

The ideal candidate will have experience in complex mechanical and electrical assemblies, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title : Assembler

Location : Halton Hills, ON (near Mississauga, ON)

Pay Range : $25 - $30 per year

What's the Job?

• Demonstrate excellence in performing complex mechanical and electrical assemblies
• Ability to multitask
• Knowledge of impellers, shafts, gearboxes, and bushings installation and fine adjustments
• Complete fit-up, welding, grinding, deburring, and polishing operations
• Interpret assembly drawings, work order instructions, procedure manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions

What's Needed?

• Physical : Sitting, Standing, and Walking. Carrying, Stooping, Lifting and Reaching. Lifting Requirements : Up to 50 pounds.
• Mental : Math. The use of the English language, both Oral and Written. Requires daily communication with multiple departments to ensure maximum efficiency
• OSSD High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical School Diploma, Trade Certificate or Equivalent Certificate of Qualifications
• CWB Welding certificate is an asset
