Outside Sales Representative for Ottawa and Surrounding area

Location : Ottawa, ON and surrounding area
The position of Sales Representative is responsible for soliciting business by direct contact with our customers in pre-assigned territories.
The occupant must sell our full line of products on a salary plus commission basis.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Soliciting orders from established clientele and attempting to secure new customers by showing sample of products and literature
Quoting prices
Preparing estimates
Creating and maintaining liaisons between customers and competitors make call reports
Make estimates of materials
Participates in promotional shows
Evaluate potential customers
Introduce and explain new products, services, and corporate policies
Make arrangements for resolving customer complaints and demands when possible
En sure display bords, catalogues, etc. In customers, possessions are updated and current
Manage assigned territory by promoting product line and making sales to new and established customers by meeting with them on a regular basis
Respect all company rules, regulations, and policies
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Two years’ experience in related field
Knowledge in constructions, roofing, siding, or sheet service center
Knowledge in sales would be an asset
Good communication skills
Must be Bilingual
Original and independent thinking is required to deal with diverse, difficult, and complex interpersonal issues
Willing to travel
