Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant / Accounting Admin

Hamilton, ON

$65,000 per year

Full-Time | 100% On-Site

Reports to Controller

We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant / Accounting Administrator to support senior leadership while handling Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), finance administration, and office operations.

If you have experience in executive support, accounting, bookkeeping, AP / AR, financial reporting support, or office management, this is a strong long-term opportunity with excellent benefits and pension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive support to senior leadership and Board of Directors
  • Calendar management, meeting coordination, and corporate communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documentation
  • Full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, reconciliations
  • Expense processing and payment tracking
  • Support budgeting and month-end reporting
  • Office operations, vendor coordination, and facilities support
  • Event and employee engagement coordination

    • Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in Executive Assistant, Accounting Administrator, Office Manager, Senior Administrative Assistant, or Finance Coordinator role
  • Strong AP and AR experience
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Experience supporting executives or senior leadership
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, professional communicator
