We have three young children, almost 5, 3 and 1. We are looking for someone who lives nearby and can help out on an occasional basis.
I sometimes like to have a babysitter around for a few hours during the day so I can get chores done, and we also want to find someone who would be comfortable having all three on their own.
Our parenting style is very much attachment based. We encourage the kids to try new things in a safe environment and to talk things out.
