Advisor, Human Resources (12-month contract)

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter :

Collaborate and support human resources business partners (HRBPs) to ensure and maintain the accuracy and timely entry of all required data into the human resources information system (Workday)

Assist the talent acquisition team at different stages of the recruitment process

Coordinate the integration of new employees and ensure that their files are up to date before their start date

Prepare and send various announcements and internal communications

Plan, coordinate and execute various events such as the employee years of service recognition gala, the United Way campaign, etc.

Monitor absences, terminations and life events of employees, and notify HRBPs

Prepare various Workday reports for internal partners and the HR team

Manage sensitive and confidential information, and protect the security of information, data and files

Contribute to various projects of the human resources team

Maintain various tracking files

Process and classify supplier invoices

Perform any other related task.

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications :

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position

Advanced knowledge of Workday

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong communication skills and advanced knowledge of French and English grammar

Rigor, organization and attention to detail

Excellent judgment, thoroughness, precision, discretion and autonomy

Strong skills for teamwork and building trusting interpersonal relationships

Professionalism and ability to handle many tasks at once

Customer service skills and ability to respect deadlines

Ability to manage priorities

Good analytical skills.

As part of his duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada or in North America.
