We are looking for a reliable and experienced DZ driver to join our client and deliver propane tanks to various customers in the Dartmouth and Halifax area.

This position will mainly be responsible for fuel deliveries and also helping with new tank installs. Customer service is emphasized here.

The individual needs to be highly motivated and able to work in a flexible work environment.

Position : Delivery Driver

Shift : Monday to Friday, time TBD

Salary : $23+ / hour (depending on experience)

Location : Dartmouth and Halifax area

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include :

Operate the bulk truck for fuel deliveries, which includes :

• climbing in and out of the truck safely multiple times per day (up to 30 or more);
• pulling the delivery hose to tanks up to 150 feet away in snow, up and down hills if required;

lifting and installing heavy-duty tire chains (approx. 60 lbs) if required in the winter

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have :

A valid DZ license

At least 6 months of experience as a delivery driver

The ability to lift 60lbs or more

Strong communication and customer service skills
