On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Marketing Analyst.

Marketing Analyst – Job Description

• The successful candidate will be responsible for campaign analytics supporting the growing needs of the Credit Cards team within the broader Marketing Analytics Delivery group

• Design/execute/measure high impact direct to consumer marketing experiments

• Continuously improve campaign design and delivery by leveraging any and all analytical tools/techniques at your disposal

• Execute with excellence

• Manage your project pipeline to ensure agreed upon timelines can be met

• Proactively provide analytical guidance to key stakeholders, based on deep understanding of the businesses, to understand and enhance marketing ROI

• Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes and sound infrastructure

• Supporting the business to generate campaign target customer list for the credit card portfolio- creating business requirement documents, coding in SAS, Python/pyspark SQL, or Unica to generate customer lists

• Measuring the performance of marketing campaigns

Marketing Analyst – Mandatory Skills

• Coding experience - will be using data to inform a targeting strategy

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Marketing campaign measurement requirements

• Multi-tasking and presentation skills (present results of campaign to extended team)

• 2-4+ years in analytical role

• Business acumen - understanding business concepts

Marketing Analyst - Nice to Have Skills

• Marketing analytical experience

• Credit card knowledge

• Similar experience with other campaign management tools (SQL, SAS, Python/pyspark, or Unica)

• Other financial or banking experience
