Director of Faculty Relations, Human Resources, Laurentian University
Job Summary
The Director, Faculty Relationships will lead the faculty and labour relations strategy and services for the University.
The position will lead a team providing professional guidance and consulting services to members of the University community on all matters pertaining to the terms and conditions of employment for faculty.
Utilizing exceptional communication, influencingand collaboration skills, the Director, Faculty Relationships will actively promote and foster a positive and constructive faculty and labour relations environment in a complex, multi-union organization.
The position reports to the Associate Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development in supporting the strategic directions of the University in collaboration with Executive and Senior Leaders.
