  • We are looking for candidateshaving a minimum of 5 years experience in Business ProcessConsulting Problem Definition Architecture / Design / Detailing ofProcesses in Financial Services / Banking domain.
  • We require candidates having experience in any of thefollowing Billing Products Oracle Revenue Management and Billing(ORMB) Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) with excellentunderstanding on billing processes such as Pricing Billing RevenueManagement Payments & Collections.
  • Candidates should have experience in at least twoimplementation projects in their careers.

Aday in the life of an ORMB

  • As part of the ORMBconsulting team your primary role would be to get to the heart ofcustomer issues diagnose problem areas design innovative solutionsand facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
  • You will develop a proposal by owning parts of theproposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based onareas of expertise.
  • You will plan theactivities of configuration configure the product as per the designconduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving anyqueries related to requirements and solution design
  • You will conduct solution / product demonstrationsPOC / Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimateswhich suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line withorganizations financial guidelines
  • Activelylead small projects and contribute to unitlevel and organizationalinitiatives with an objective of providing high quality valueadding solutions to customers.
