Overview
The E-commerce Content Coordinator is a core member of the Residential Web team, responsible for the operational maintenance, integrity, and daily execution of content across digital channels. This role serves as the primary power-user of the CMS and is essential for ensuring that all published content, landing pages, and promotional assets are accurate, on-brand, and optimized for customer experience (CX) and search performance. This role reports into the Director, Digital Experience & Ecommerce.
🏢 HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tue–Thu). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
What You’ll Do
Content Management & Publishing (70%)
- Execution & Maintenance : Execute daily content publishing, editing, and scheduling within the CMS (Drupal / Webflow). Create new pages and features, build / upload content, and conduct general site maintenance.
- Quality Assurance (QA) : Serve as the primary QA resource by rigorously testing new pages, components, and updates (copy, links, spacing) across staging and production. Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and UX teams to proof pages before launch.
- Asset & Design Integrity : Manage the web asset library, ensuring media is optimized. Maintain the content library's integrity by ensuring core components (CTAs, banners) adhere to UX Design System guidelines.
- Incident Management & Support : Act as the first point of contact for website requests and issues. Handle incident management by investigating, testing, and escalating bugs. Support business units with additional web requirements.
- Optimization & Strategy : Continuously analyze content structure (navigation, taxonomy, URLs) to improve discoverability and the customer journey. Assist in testing new functionality to ensure SEO and UX standards are met.
- Promotional Operations : Manage promotional support tasks, including the creation of promo codes and management of expiry dates.
Web Campaign Support (20%)
Assist the Senior E-commerce Specialist in setting up and launching marketing campaign landing pages, ensuring all tracking is correctly implemented.Manage and update all necessary link tracking codes (UTM parameters, ITCs) for paid media, email, and social campaigns.Triage incoming web issues from the business teams (bug reports, minor content requests, policy updates) and manage the ticketing process (Jira).Analytics & Reporting Support (10%)
Assist with pulling standard weekly and monthly performance reports from Google Analytics (GA4).Verify data accuracy and report tracking health on new landing pages.What You Bring To The Table
Web Operations & CMS : 2+ years of experience in content administration or web coordination, with mandatory proficiency in modern CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, Webflow).Technical & Analytics : Skilled in web analytics (GA4), on-site search strategy (Algolia), and web tracking mechanics (UTMs).Project Management : Experienced in Agile / Jira environments, capable of leading cross-functional projects, managing external vendors, and handling multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.Detail & Quality : Extremely meticulous and resourceful, with a focus on pixel-perfect accuracy for pricing, dates, copy, and visuals.Communication : Strong verbal and presentation skills, capable of collaborating effectively with marketing and creative teams.Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range : $55,000 – $65,000 per annum
(The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.)
