Sales Coach

• THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION BUT MUST LIVE IN OR AROUND VANCOUVER * * *
• We are seeking an experienced and qualified Sales Manager / Coach to join our team! The ideal candidate has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building and deal closing.

We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiation skills. Someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others.

This role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise and motivate yacht brokers while building and maintaining a high-performance team. *

• Duties : *
• Setting sales goals and targets for the team *
• Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans*
• Leading, motivating, and coaching sales team members*
• Analyzing sales performance and providing feedback*
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities*
• Building and maintaining customer relationships*
• Managing sales operations, including forecasting*
• Collaborating with management team*
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity*
• Reporting sales performance *
• Conducting performance evaluations and disciplinary actions*
• Ensuring compliance with sales policies and procedures*
• Skills Required : *
• 5+ years of experience in managing sales*
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing*
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills*
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach sales teams*
• Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics*
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills*
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and sales environments*
• Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitors*
• Experience working with a CRM system in a service driven business*
• Highly experienced and well versed in Internet search literacy, cloud based platforms, social media platforms, mobile applications, Google Suite and Microsoft Office*

Must have a valid driver’s license *

Must have ability to travel*

3 month probation period*

Pay : $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
