Program Support Specialist / Contract Review Specialist

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Program Support Specialist. This position provides confidential program and administrative support, including data entry, tracking, and coordination of vendor deliveries to warehouse and field locations. The role also supports logistics operations related to the disposal of excess property and materials. Responsibilities may focus on administrative office support, materials and inventory coordination, or asset recovery functions, with cross-training to serve as backup across multiple logistics and operations areas.

This is a 2years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment.This position is full-time onsite 5 days weekly in Vancouver, Washington.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications :

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Operations or a related field is preferred .

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Operations or a related field is preferred .

With a Bachelor's degree in applicable fields, 2 years directly related experience is required.

With an Associate's degree in applicable fields, 4 years directly related experience is required.

Without a degree, 6 years of directly related experience is required.

Experience should be consistent with specific requirements of program support and progressively more technical in nature.

Valid U.S.REAL ID Driver's License is required.

Required Technical Skills and Experience :

3 years' workplace experience in mid / high-level, compliance, procedural and process-driven Customer Service or Operational Support positions.

Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Visio and MS Project; sufficient to utilize formulas, manipulate data and create charts.

Intermediate to Advanced skills / experience with SharePoint sufficient to support, manage, edit, and maintain site

High degree of confidentiality

Preferred Skills :

Integrated Office environment (Where an individual worked in a team environment to manage program compliance, customer service, information sharing)

Demonstrated editing and proofreading skills.
