Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing and producing engaging visual content for various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and .
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Strategist to develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience preferences.
  • Creating and curating high-quality photos, videos, graphics, and illustrations that resonate with target audiences and drive user engagement.
  • Staying updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platform features to optimize content performance and maximize reach.
  • Experimenting with different content formats, storytelling techniques, and creative approaches to maintain audience interest and loyalty.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics, including likes, shares, comments, and click-through rates, to evaluate content effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering community interactions to build brand affinity and loyalty.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all social media content and channels.
  • Continuously iterating and refining content strategies based on data insights, audience feedback, and market trends to drive ongoing growth and success.
  • Publishing content to client social media channels

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design, photography, videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative talent and versatility.
  • Expertise in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance metrics, analyze data insights, and inform content strategy decisions.
  • In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends across major platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, captions, and messaging tailored to different audiences and channels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for digital marketing, social media, and staying abreast of industry developments and best practices.
