Customer Service Representative Bilingual FRENCH - $20 / hour-REMOTE WORKAs a Call Centre Representative, you understand the importance of being a customer’s first point of contact when in need.

You take pride in knowing how and when to provide support, and solutions, and deliver an incredible experience and even turn someone’s day around.

• Competitive salary of $20 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• Shift varies between 8am-9pm

What you bring

• Take inbound calls from clients who are looking for information on voting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French
• Customer Service is driven; you love helping people out!
• Capacity to work with people in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Must exhibit strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc)
• Must be highly organized and detailed, with the ability to multi-task!
• Ability to have and encourage warm, compassionate conversations.

Who you are

• Energetic and compassionate, you will need to have a flair for communicating with people and put them at ease
• You have superior problem-solving skills and can identify the right solution for the right situation
• You have at least six months of experience in customer care
• Care about your team and be present
