SAP Support Consultant

• Location : Toronto ON
• Contract Length : 6Months (option to extend 6months)

Responsibilities :

• Reports on SAP features, functions and possible system improvements
• Reviews of configuration design documents, functional, and technical specifications to explain and educate business users of the changes
• Documented solutions to issues in SAP ECC and / or S4
• Various documents for business process documentation, data cleansing, and testing activities,
• End-user training documentation and delivery of training sessions
• Management of SAP authorizations
• Review processes and practices executes in the existing SAP ECC system
• Gather requirements for existing ECC functions to keep in S4 and improvements to implement in S4 in follow-up incremental releases
• Prepare or review fit / gap documents, process diagrams, and informal design documents
• Complete business process documentation, data cleaning, testing, end-user training and change management activities as required
• Complete business process documentation, data cleaning, testing, end-user training and change management activities as required
• Execute or assist users to execute Integration Testing Cycle (ITC) test scripts for various S / 4HANA modules including FICO, MM, SD, PS, Funds management, Grants management
• Triage ITC test script defects by logging defects, re-test, and close defects
• Develop or help develop end-user training documentation for the Fiori apps (or t-codes) in scope for TPS
• Deliver training to trainers or end-users for the trainings in scope for TPS
• Manage SAP authorizations in ECC and / or S4

Skills & Qualifications :

Education, Training, Certifications or Designations Required

Mandatory

• Must have minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• Must have minimum 5 years professional experience in blueprinting, configuring, or supporting at least one of the following SAP products : SAP S / 4HANA Finance modules, SAP Public Sector Management (PSM), or SAP Analytics Cloud (AC)

Preferred

Professional certification or designation in any of these areas :

oSAP Certified Associate, SAP Certified Application Specialist, or SAP Certified Application Professional in SAP S / 4HANA, SAP ERP 6.0 EhP7, or SAP BPC

oProject Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Mandatory

Must have knowledge of the following SAP S / 4 HANA Finance modules and features :

Financial Accounting (FI)

oGeneral Ledger Accounting (FI-GL)

oAccounts Payables (AP) and Accounts Receivables (AR)

Controlling (CO)

oAllocations

oCost Center Accounting (CO-OM-CCA) including planning and reporting

oInternal Orders (CO-OM-OPA) including capital investment orders used as Investment Measures

Project System (PS)

oCapital projects with WBS elements used as Investment Measures

oCost Planning and Budgeting on WBS elements

• End-user level knowledge of processes and functions in Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD)
• End-user level knowledge of Funds Management (PSM-FM)

Preferred

Knowledge of the following SAP products, modules, or features :

SAP S / 4 HANA

oFunds Management (PSM-FM) knowledge with focus on budgeting processed and integration with upstream applications such as MM, FI, CO, and PS (derivations)

oBudget Control System (BCS)

oGrants Management (PSM-GM)

oInvestment Management (IM) with focus on Orders and Projects used as investment measures

Financial Planning in SAP Analytics Cloud

oUse datasets and models for cost center planning, project planning, and internal order planning

oWork with Data Analyzer

oIntegrate SAP Analytics Cloud with Microsoft Office

• Prior use of SAP Enable Now platform for creating workplace training or similar products such has Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or others
