Your new role
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst (BA) with a strong IT background, experience in ERP implementations, and a passion for continuous improvement.
This role involves working within a project team to meticulously track details and efficiently guide business users through technical tasks.
Major Responsibilities & Duties
- Analyze and lead business process migrations or improvements in ERP software.
- Support the setup, configuration, and administration of ERP systems.
- Engage in process mapping, test case writing, and report development.
- Translate user requirements into functional requirements for the development team.
- Prioritize tasks and establish project scope.
- Prepareprehensive documentation, including project charters, system requirements, business cases, system reviews, training materials, and system configuration documentation.
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs.

- Must have PR or Canadian citizenship.
- Proven leadership and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Excellentmunication skills, with the ability to act tactfully and diplomatically.

Education
- A college diploma or university degree inputer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications, especially in ERP systems, are considered an asset.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Solid experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, and documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP applications such as JDE or Epicor.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
- Experience in creating and managing project plans for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring user requirements are met and projects arepleted on time.
- Knowledge of SQL Server database systems and reporting tools such as SSRS / Power BI.
- Experience in scripting and object-oriented programming is beneficial.
