Industrial/Auto Body Paint Prepper

Falcon Contracting Ltd. and Falcon Camp Services Inc. are a locally owned and operated group of companies based in Prince George, BC.

We are a diverse organization specializing in civil construction and turn-key camp catering We are looking for an experienced Industrial / Auto Body Paint Prepper to join our team at our Prince George, BC head office.

Job Duties and Responsibilities : Prepare the vehicle for paint; sanding, taping, and masking. Clean and smooth surfaces before the application of primer and paint Detailing of paint work such as unmasking, inspection, touch ups, buffing and minor reassembly.

Execute minor body work when instructed. Loading and unloading of supplies / parts. Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools.

Follow standard operating procedures when using tools and equipment. Employees will be required to perform any other duties assigned by their supervisor.

Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience as an auto-body prepper. Must have a strong eye for detail and commitment to quality Must be able to produce a high quality finished product Quick learner Ability to think on your feet and adapt.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team Able to lift up to 50 lbs, walk, stand, bend, twist / turn, work overhead, climb ladders as necessary Forklift experience considered an asset Powered by JazzHR
