Key Responsibilities :

Comprehensive Testing :

• Design, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, cases, and scripts for a SaaS Platform, covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern frameworks and tools like Selenium, Postman, and Apache JMeter.
• Implement and oversee end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability and robustness across various environments.

Continuous Improvement :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software.
• Monitor and improve the CI / CD pipeline by integrating automated tests, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes.
• Conduct thorough bug tracking and reporting using tools like Jira, providing actionable insights to the development team.

Performance and Security :

• Execute performance testing to validate the platform’s responsiveness, stability, and scalability under varying load conditions.
• Participate in security testing, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Collaboration and Communication :

• Engage in daily standups, sprint planning, and review meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of the testing process.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test strategies, procedures, and results to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) :

• Coordinate and support UAT sessions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the platform meets all user expectations and business requirements.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, contributing to the refinement of the ONI Platform.

Qualifications : Experience :

Experience :

• 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Postman, and JMeter.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and experience with tools such as Apache JMeter.
• Experience in security testing, including the use of tools like OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite, is a plus.

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript for test automation.
• Familiarity with CI / CD tools like Jenkins and experience in integrating automated tests into the CI / CD pipeline.
• Solid understanding of web applications, APIs, and database interactions.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and understanding of cloud-based testing practices.

Soft Skills :

• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and analytically about the software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of working seamlessly with diverse teams.
