Robert Half is recruiting now for an experienced Infrastructure Architect for our Edmonton Client. As the successful Candidate you will be accountable for responsible for architecture, planning, administration, maintenance, documentation creation & upkeep, and technical leadership for all IT infrastructure services. You have proficient experience in infrastructure solution architecture combined with strong communication and relationship building ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to strengthen and provide strategic solutioning. This role is based in the Edmonton, AB., area but has the flexibility for remote work permissions for eligible Candidates.

Job Requirements : MUST HAVES :

• 10 + years of Infrastructure Solution Architecture experience combined with a minimum of 3 years Enterprise Azure working experience
• Proficient working experience with MS Azure, Datacenter (on-prem, hosted and co-located)
• Exceptional skill and working experience with of Windows systems
• Advanced knowledge and experience in solution design & deployment, system, and network administration, reporting and analysis and change management
• Strong knowledge of switches, routers, and various network services
• Demonstrated ability to produce business and technical documentation
• Familiarity with Azure cloud computing platform
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language along with strong facilitation skills
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail
• TOGAF certification required, MCP with Azure Specialization
• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
