About the opportunity :

You will have opportunity to be the Lead consultant for EU customer project and play instrumental role in implementation part of Alex application.

Day to day activities :

  • Using a deep knowledge of Alex Solutions’ platform, ensure that all products sold can be executed both functionally and technically, within the scope and timeline defined in agreement with the customer.
  • Participate in the entire sales process qualification, initial discovery, solution design, project review, design submission, POC delivery, implementation hand-over.
  • Contribute to the development of custom presentations, demonstrations and prototypes to articulate use-cases and value to prospective enterprise customers across verticals.
  • Clearly articulate technical capabilities of the products, attend and / or perform technical demonstrations.
  • Detect functional gaps during scoping calls, analyze them and work with the engineering team to find a viable solution.
  • Provide scoping support to sales professionals, and substantiate the solutions offered to prospects, from both a business and technical point of view.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies for key vertical market segments.
  • Interface with internal departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of solution delivery to our customers.
  • Contribute to product road map and strategy by communicating market trends, prospect needs, product feedback regularly with the engineering teams
  • Continually refine excellent technical knowledge of Alex Solutions’ products and capabilities product specifications, applications, modifications, and troubleshooting as the customer will depend on you rather than engineering to present proprietary customer solutions.
  • Continually self learn and develop business skills and domain knowledge to be able to lead data governance best practices discussions with the prospects
