Position Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the logistics team in global shipping and documentation. This entry-level role involves assisting with international shipping documentation, invoice entry, ERP system updates and communication with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
· Track shipments and update delivery status in internal systems
· Prepare and review shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.)
· Support import/export compliance activities under supervision
· Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses
· Help resolve basic shipment delays or discrepancies
· Maintain accurate logistics records and reports
· Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, finance, and operations
· Follow company policies and international trade regulations
· Assist Logistics Coordinators with shipping coordination, if required

Qualification:
· Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Basic knowledge of international logistics and shipping processes an asset

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working Conditions:
· Full-time position, based at the office
· Standard office hours, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
