We are hiring Forensic Psychiatric Security Nurses / Licensed Practical Nurses for State job openings in a Behavioral Health facility in Medical Lake, Washington, about 15 miles from Spokane.
This position is in Forensic Services, providing nursing care, ward security, and treatment on a ward within a secured facility.
The patients you'll work with are people with serious or long-term behavioral health conditions working toward healing and growth.
SALARY IS $78,468 ANNUALLY plus a 5% premium for full time
You do not need prior behavioral experience

Standard shifts, full-time LPN positions :
Day - 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 00 PM
Evening - 2 : 30 PM to 11 : 00 PM
Night - 10 : 30 PM to 7 : 00 AM
ALL SHIFTS REQUIRE EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
Responsibilities
Provide direct skilled nursing care to adults experiencing behavioral health issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Participate in treatment planning, administer medications, as well as implement and chart treatment interventions
Qualifications
Valid Washington LPN license
Experience in providing direct patient care
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
