Sales Representative for New Home Sales
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish a strong, positive rapport with potential homebuyers
- Respond to all on-line, in person and phone inquiries
- Meet with and discuss options with potential clients
- Demonstrate product and industry knowledge
- Set up all new leads / client in CRM / ERP system
- Create sales agreements and review with clients to ensure a mutual understanding
- Turn over client signed APSs for signature
- Facilitate the client hand off to Design Center
- Responsible for updating and procuring all marketing materials
- Ensure website and marketing material is up to date and accurate
- Coordinate with Management team to ensure accuracy of lots, models, and pricing
- Work with Management team to adjust sales strategy to fit the market and meet sales targets
Requirements :
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Experience in custom service and sales
- A knowledge of the Ottawa area housing market and familiarity of the key industry builders.
- A basic understanding of the residential construction process.
- Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with an office environment, equipment and software.
- Some evening and weekend work required
