The Revenue organization drives affirm’s top‑line growth through merchant relationships, strategic partnerships, and go‑to‑market excellence. Our Account Executives, Client Success Managers, and Partner Managers acquire, retain, and expand relationships across eCommerce, in‑store, telesales, and the affirm app, connecting merchants and consumers through affirm’s honest financial products that improve lives.
The Revenue Operations & Analytics (ROA) organization enables the success of these field teams. ROA delivers the insights, processes, and tools that empower affirm’s go‑to‑market teams to deliver value‑added solutions, drive adoption, and fuel sustainable growth.
The Content Enablement Manager is an individual contributor role within the GTM Enablement team, part of ROA. The GTM Enablement team builds the foundation for affirm’s revenue growth, designing the narratives, materials, and processes that allow our field teams to scale effectively.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by affirm holdings, Inc. (parent company).
CAN base pay range per year : $125,000 - $175,000

Employees in roles that require proximity may occasionally be required to work out of an assigned affirm office. A limited number of roles remain office‑based due to the nature of their job responsibilities.
