Voici où vous allez vous concentrer

Pré-intégration des nouveaux employés

  • Assurer la liaison avec les nouveaux employés afin de collecter et de garantir l'exactitude des données personnelles dans les délais impartis.
  • Saisir les données des nouveaux employés dans le portail afin de générer un numéro d'employé.
  • Effectuer les vérifications d'antécédents nécessaires, les résumés de conduite, contrôler les résultats en temps réel.
  • Établir des relations solides avec les principales parties prenantes : services de paie, responsables du recrutement, recruteurs, service d'assistance informatique, etc.
  • Créer des demandes d'Active Director pour les nouveaux employés
  • Envoyer des rapports détaillés sur les nouveaux embauchés chaque semaine avant le début de l'embauche.
  • Pré-accompagnement des nouvelles recrues à la demande de l'entreprise.

Soutien administratif

  • Suivre et réaliser tous les transferts / ajouts / modifications demandés quotidiennement en assurant un délai de 24 heures.
  • Répondre aux demandes générales des employés le jour même
  • Créer des listes de contacts de candidats pour les campagnes de recrutement en cours.
  • Soutenir le responsable de l'AT dans la formation continue des processus de l'entreprise.
  • S'assurer que toutes les demandes entrantes sont enregistrées et suivies jusqu'à leur aboutissement
  • Fournir un soutien aux autres coordinateurs
  • Fournir un soutien pour les lettres d'offre, le cas échéant
  • Travailler avec divers coordinateurs d'unités d'affaires pour partager l'information et suivre les tâches jusqu'à leur achèvement.

Ce que vous avez à offrir

  • Grande maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, formulaires,
  • Solides compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale
  • Solides compétences en matière d'organisation
  • Une expérience professionnelle antérieure dans un environnement de bureau est considérée comme un atout.
  • Une expérience préalable de l'utilisation d'un système de suivi des candidatures est considérée comme un atout.
  • Le bilinguisme est requis(e).

La personne devra travailler en collaboration avec ses pairs des autres provinces dans l’élaboration de procédures et de processus à mettre à en place à l’échelle nationale.

Elle devra aussi interagir régulièrement avec ses pairs des autres provinces, de même qu’offrir un soutien aux employés de Sobeys à travers le Canada.
