Description

  • Provide personalized, high-quality customer service, helping customers explore and choose from a variety of exquisite jewellery and watch collections.
  • Assist customers with knowledgeable guidance, sharing insights on current trends and product details.
  • Contribute to the store's visual presentation and maintain a refined appearance in line with luxury standards.
  • Support team efforts to achieve sales goals and ensure a memorable shopping experience for every customer.
  • Handle customer inquiries and transactions with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Stay informed about new arrivals and develop a deep knowledge of luxury jewellery and watch products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, ideally in luxury or fine jewellery / watches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and personalized experience for each customer.
  • Strong interest in luxury products, with a willingness to learn about jewellery and watch trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and assist customers efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
