Our client, a well-established organization in the Transportation Industry is looking for an Account Manager, specializing in Automotive Parts , to join their team.
This role is fully remote, however, does require frequent travel across Ontario.
Responsibilities :
- Support client groups with understanding all internal systems, policies, and procedures
- Partner with clients to understand product requirements to match local market needs
- Facilitates product & sales training for internal team members
- Develop communications to internal teams to ensure up-to-date knowledge
- Develop retail sales strategies with client groups to meet KPIs and objectives
- Ensures merchandising is represented accurately in showrooms to drive retails sales, and product awareness
- Managing relationships with suppliers and Regional Sales Manager to identify growth opportunities
- Proactively develop client network for assigned territory relating to promotions, trade fairs, open houses, and other marketing events
- Schedule and attend regular meetings with Managers & Senior Leaders to understand opportunities to improve sales processes
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and competitor market
Supporting clients with managing stock levels and availability of parts to support customer needs in assigned territory
