Your opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-fluent FP&A Data Analyst to be a foundational member of our growing Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. Dillons FP&A team is focused on transforming business data into strategic insights that empower our leaders to act. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and a drive to improve current methodologies to help build a scalable and effective FP&A function. This role will be instrumental in implementing new processes refining existing models and transitioning the teams focus from data gathering to high-value analysis.

This is a full-time hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in our London office.

Responsibilities

Reporting & Automation

• Advance & Stabilize our Reporting Suite : Execute key recurring reporting tasks to ensure business continuity while simultaneously identifying and building automated solutions to replace them.
• Enhance the Single Source of Truth : Collaborate with our IT Solutions team to streamline data integration across our systems enhancing the accuracy and scalability of our financial models.
• Systems Evaluation : Support the evaluation configuration and testing of new FP&A and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software solutions as the function matures.
