CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR (RAILWAY TRACK) - Toronto based opportunity and client is open to relocate the right candidate.
Requirements :
- Holds a university degree or technical college diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Holds a degree from a university or technical college in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Has over 8 years of hands-on experience estimating large-scale and complex projects, with expertise across various areas (civil, structures, track, stations).
- Requires experience specifically related to railway track .
- Proficient in analyzing intricate construction drawings and blueprints.
- Possesses a deep understanding of construction methods, contracts, and cost control techniques.
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in standard Microsoft software (Excel, Word, etc.), along with additional experience in Adobe, Visio, and Bluebeam.
- Exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships.
- Communicates effectively and pays meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven leadership abilities, inspiring teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, ensuring efficiency in time-sensitive situations.
- Approaches work with a results-oriented mindset and unwavering commitment to quality and excellence.
