Skills and Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities : Program Planning Governance – Define program goals, timelines, and compliance milestones for HR 3P services.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for accessibility and regulatory compliance.
• Establish governance frameworks for onboarding new services and tracking compliance status.
• Technical Execution : Partner with engineering teams to integrate compliance requirements into workflows.
• Manage Service Tree metadata updates, Gov ID renewals, and accessibility testing.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies leveraging automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Power Automate).
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with HR leadership, compliance officers, and vendor teams.
• Communicate program status, risks, and deliverables to senior stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business owners to align priorities.
• Compliance Accessibility – Drive end‑to‑end compliance for HR 3P services (security, privacy, accessibility).
• Oversee onboarding processes, including BGC HireRight checks and V‑boarding.
• Validate accessibility conformance reports (VPAT) and coordinate Trusted Tester evaluations.
• Continuous Improvement : Monitor compliance metrics using Power BI dashboards.
• Implement automation for compliance workflows and reporting.
• Promote best practices and process optimization across HR compliance programs.
