Non-IT Project Manager

The role is responsible for leading large complex and politically sensitive strategic initiatives across the organization. This position provides full project management rigoroverseeing planning execution delivery and closureto ensure initiatives meet business objectives quality expectations and data integrity standards. The work extends beyond IT and includes identifying business issues or opportunities; supporting changes to services policies or legislation; and driving the design and implementation of new programs products and business improvements. The role determines the most effective project approach coordinates diverse stakeholders and ensures successful outcomes for high-impact organizational or industry-wide transformation initiatives.

• Work within established project management office (PMO) standards and frameworks.
• Where standards do not exist collaborate with the PMO to define and implement new project management guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

Education : Post-secondary degree or diploma in business public administration project management or a related field.
