- At least 1 year of experience in administration for an HR department- Intermediate-advance level in Microsoft Office- DEC in administration or similar fieldYour role?
- Participate in the onboarding of new employees- Be responsible for HR communications- Manage the daily administration of personnel- Track leave requests, absences, and CNESST files- Keep employee records up to date- Coordinate the transmission of information to the payroll department- Monitor benefits programs- Participate in the implementation of HR projectsOther Language Requirements : English- Level of Proficiency Required : Advanced- Reasons for Language Requirement : Internal team collaboration in Ontario and the Maritimes- Frequency of Use : Daily (for various tasks)Please send your resume in Word format to Guillermo Ovalle Zavala at guillermo.
