The Analyst of Data & Analytics is responsible for the development and maintenance of the organization’s reporting & analytical functionality, critical to support the organization in making data-driven decisions. The role collaborates with both commercial and operational teams to improve data management and increase analytical capabilities.
Position Details
- Work Hours : Office hours (evenings & weekends as needed)
- Location : Bentall building (YVR); hybrid work schedule
- Term : Full Time Permanent
- Department : Network Planning and Revenue Management

Responsibilities & Expectations
PSS Administration
Provide booking system administration support as it relates to commercial and operational master data within passenger service system (PSS).Support the implementation configuration and master data updates in support of new and updated commercial initiatives.Analytical Support
Partner with shareholder data science team to support the development of data and analytics strategy, including data modelling and visualization tools recommendations.Develop tools, dashboards, and database queries to support reporting requirements for both commercial and operational functions.3rd Party Reporting
Produce and maintain monthly and / or quarterly booking and passenger reporting to support reconciliation with 3rd party distribution and operational partners.Ad-hoc
Other assigned duties.Qualifications / Assets
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or mathematics and 3-5 years of analytical and business intelligence experience.Quantitative skills, SQL, advanced Excel, Business Intelligence software, data visualization, presentation skills, communication skills, other analytical coding languages, problem solving ability.About Harbour Air
