Our client, an excellent employer, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support its day-to-day operations.YOUR ROLE : Assist and provide administrative support in various files (filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.
Prepare and organize documents and files;Follow-up on files;File, scan and archive documents;Assist teams in various projects and administrative tasks.
- All other related tasks as required.SKILLS REQUIRED : Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) or Attestation of Vocational Studies (AVS);
- Experience in administrative support (legal field administrative support experience would be an asset) ;Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Good command of spoken and written French and English;Ability to work independently while being an active team member;Strong organizational skills;
