Description de posteRegularly notify customers of overdue accounts Assist customers with account reconciliation and invoice dispute resolution Resolve collection issues by making payment arrangements with customers, reconcile payments to customer’s accounts. Analysis and resolution of disputes and issues Manage Accounts Receivable collection risk through credit policies. Work closely with the Sales team and Branch Managers to build and maintain positive customer relationships Prepare reports and maintain accurate records and files related to collections 2-3 years of credit or accounts receivable work experience Construction industry experience preferred CCP designation or enrollment in CCP program is a strong asset Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment Highly adaptable and resourceful with strong critical thinking skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomously Please note, that while we thank all those who apply, only those who meet the above requirements will be contacted for an interview.
