Specification Manager required for major international flooring manufacturerand globalplayer.
Reportingto the Regional Sales Manager this is a 75% specification led salesrole across market sectors including : Commercial Education LeisureRetail HighEnd ResidentialPublic Sector / LocalAuthorities.
Workin collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager to developforecasts budgets and action plans for the territory in doing soyou will conduct market analysis to identify trends and growthopportunities within the flooringindustry.
Youwill then present the market leading product offering and technicalinformation to client side negotiate contracts pricing terms ofsales and projectmanagement.
Thereare crossfunctional teams to support you every step of the wayincluding manufacturing logistics design and serviceteam.
Youwill enhance your knowledge of technical sales within the builtenvironment through continuous training and attendance ofconstruction trade shows andconferences.
Requirements
- Successfulspecification sales background and B2B sales technical sales withinthe builtenvironment.
- Flooringproduct experience (experience in interiors will be considered forexample flooring subprep laminates textiles & fabricscontract furniture lighting partitioning ceiling systemsetc)
- Youmust be able to work autonomously and remotely covering theassigned region as needed and in coordination with the existingteam.
This may include working in specific applications / marketsectors (as defined above) or routes to market in order to maximiseefficiency within theteam.
